Pureology definitely! It not only smells great and you don't have to use very much it all but it has a formula to lock in your color and protect your hair. It actually works - I've been using it for a year now and I can notice a drastic difference in the condition of my hair and how well it holds the color now. They have a wide range of products from styling cremes to shampoo and sprays. There is also a restorative spray that protects your hair from pollutants in the air like smoke/smog etc. and has like a built in sunscreen to protect your hair & color! It's a little more expensive than something you'd buy at the grocery store but it's well worth it. A set of shampoo and conditioner will last you at least 2 months for about $40-$50. You can go to pureology.com to find a salon that retails it in your area as well.

Depends on how much money you want to spend. If your cheap go a store brand that is really moisturizing, but if you want good-I would suggest Biolage.
