Corel rearranged some kit. The smudge gadget is now placed on the Lighten/Darken flyout (click on the little arrowhead beside the lighten/darken icon) of the kit toolbar of PSP XI. The lighten/darken gadget is got here across below the paint brush gadget and above the eraser gadget. If kit toolbar isn't seen: View -> Toolbar -> kit. you will additionally want a picture open in Paint keep professional to swap on kit toolbar. wish this permits :)

i'm using Corel XI too, and found it has many things included, unsure why would you want more. Anyway, click Help and check for Upgrade/Update in it, see if it can find anything available to download, if not head to http://corel.com
