There isn't one. Life just is life. Religious people may choose to believe that their creator placed them here for a greater reason, but I am not one of those people. The meaning of life is what you make it. Don't let some book tell you what you mean, or who you are. Live life as you want to live it. Grab your life and give it a meaning, don't look for answers from somebody else.

The meaning life is to believe in God, the Absolute Creator Who begets none nor is He begotten, in His Angels, in His apostles or prophets, in His books revealed to the prophets for our guidance, in death and in the after life, in the dooms day and in the Day of Judgement.
Do good deeds in fear and remembrance of the God, the most Glorious, as much as possible before the call for death comes. Call others also to the same. Because there is only one life chance has been given to us before the call for death arrives, we should not waste our chance to live the life after death peacefully.

I don't know you just have to live it to realise the meaning of life experience means living it and learning from you mistakes what you are here for and the mistakes that you make and to realise never to make them again.

The only logical answer to this question would be...... to live. We can't just be here for no reason, we're driven by instinct to eat, sleep, make babies, and get to the top of the food chain. I think that about sums it up.
