Depends, what was he doing while he was on top of you? Technically, yes, any sexual activity while you were asleep would be rape - pretty much any time you don't actively give consent (whether verbally, or by non-verbal participation) is rape. Let your boyfriend know you don't appreciate this, and he better not try it again.

Not if you went to bed with him and new he was there, some people move around alot when they sleep. Some times my husband ends up half on me by morning. But if he came in while you were sleeping and got in bed with you and then you wake up and he is there I would consider that rape.

I don't think so. It maybe that he thought he felt an earthquake and hopped on top of you to protect you from possible falling debris. You should actually thank him for his compassion in trying to protect you. What a kind gesture.

Nope. Not as you stated. Being on top of someone is not rape.

I think it would depend on what you mean by.."on top of me." If you were both fully clothed, and there was no penetration, then I would say, no. If he was having sex with you and it was non consentual, then yes, it is rape.

was your clothes on? was he hard and inside you? was he basically molesting you? you have to answer all those questions, and lets say you didnt like it one bit. then guess what, he shouldnt be your b/f. any guy unless you gave permission, shouldnt be doing that. my current girl loves it when she is asleep and im doing something to her - but its to wake her up. not b/c i am in the mood and she is lying there lifeless b/c she is sleeping. be careful my dear

was he in or on? howd he get on top without waking you or did he wake you when he got on top? did you say NO and he kept insisting then jumped on top? I'd definately say hes horny. and also say if he was in or took off your clothes its rape.

You didn't like it? Did you tell him no and he kept going? If you said no and he kept going, then that's rape, but maybe he was trying to surprise you.

Did he break into your apartment or do you live together. I have a feeling you are sleeping in the same bed; if so, no, not unless he's abusing you.
