i'm panamanian and i don't really kno much spanish i need help learning it fast my mom wants me to visit in panama but i don't kno much spanish she knos englis but ... i don't kno wat she'll say

No it is not bad ,so long as you stay in an area that speaks English. The best way to learn is to be around Spanish People who speaks Spanish all the time.
You have the Advantage of Speaking some Spanish already, and I am afraid you will have to bite the Bullet and go to Panama anyway as I dont see you Speaking the Language Fluently immediately, it takes time perhaps a Year.It all depends how soon this Visit is you could take a crash course in the Language say for two to three weeks, Cram as much as you can into youre Head and hope when you go you will Improve by being with People speaking Spanish and nothing else. it's not bad there's lots of latinos and latinas that don't speak Spanish. Ask your hispanic friends to help you out or just explain your mom that you're not comfortable going to Panama until your Spanish gets better.
