I have always ate unproperly and want to change that now. I just got a membership at a gym and looking forward to changing my diet around to a balanced healthy diet. Iam 5'11 and 180 lbs with a decent build. I want to buff up more and drop my body fat. Can someone give me an example of what a balanced dialy diet would look like throughout the day with my scheule?
Wake up 8:00a
Workout from 9:15 - 11:00
At school 12:00p - 3:30p
Bed at 11:00p
I'm just looking for a scedule that lists the times i should eat and what food groups at each time according to my schedule. I have a big container of whey protein also, just not sure when the best times are to fit that in either. Thanks for the help.
