I've got a 2 good cheesecake recipes, no bake and one you have to bake. The no bake one you just need a tub of cool whip, 2 packages of cream cheese room temperature, and a couple tablespoons of sugar. Cream the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Than fold the cool whip in. pour into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate for about an hour or so. The second one you need 2 packs cream cheese, 1 egg , 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar. You can also add the zest from a lemon or a lime if you something a little different, and substitute the vanilla with either the lemon or lime juice. Cream together all ingredients but the egg, until smooth then add the egg and mix until incorporated. empty into a graham cracker crust and bake on 325 for about an hour or until edges start to crack. For another twist try some pie filling on top.

Jello Brand makes a really good mix that is really easy. If you don't want to use that, here is a recipe.

One ready prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-oz.) can eagle® brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Mix. Pour into crust that has been pre-baked according to the package instructions. If you want, you can use the crust without baking it. It results in a more crumbly crust. Chill 2 hours.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOfmH

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
