I'am going to florida June 7th, is there anyway good way of loosing maybe 5-10 pounds or more? I have a tredmill, I love water?? I just need some suggestions, on how to loose a few pounds.

eat fresh food ,fruits ,NO JUNKFOOD.My first trip to Miami,Florida was scary well because i knew i wasnt fit .I went crazy when i found out well a month before going i started working out ,avoiding junkfood ,drinking more water than ever . i wanted to look good .IM not kidding i worked out 6 hours a day lol
yeh it sounds crazy but i did lose weight.i lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks and i kept going and lost 10 more .im so happy for that trip or i woulnt of ever try dieting .i have managed to keep it off for 2 years and i want to lose more this summer atleast my final 10 ,i would be happy.have a good time over thier its very fun ,i can wait untill i go again.good luck

Suggestion: There's this thing called a waist trimmer. Avon has one for the waist and for the arms- it works great! That is, if you dont mind sweating, because that's exactly what it'll make you do. But it works really good so if you work out while wearing those, it could do wonders. Hope that helps you- and DO drink plenty of water.

Stop eating sugar. Eat more fiber. Do NOT drink soda pop-diet or other wise!!! Drink lots of water. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eat only the whole fruit; don't drink fruit juices because you get too many calories without fiber in the diet. Eat only whole grain breads. Follow these guide lines and you will lose weight.
