Easiest way it to put a shortcut into your startup folder in your start button - programs menu

your question isn't really clear. Do you want it to startup automatically whenever you turn on the computer? or do you NOT want it to?

If you want it to, an easiest way it is, while holding down the CTRL key, drag that program icon (in your All Programs) and drop it into the folder called "Startup", in the same listing.

To remove, go to this folder, right click on that icon, and select Delete. If the program is not listed in here, then click Start, Run, type msconfig in the box, hit Enter, on the last tab, Startup, uncheck the box you don't want to auto startup, OK to exit, you can either reboot now or later to take effective immediately.

I recommend the use of the Windows startup manager http://www.neosoft-tools.com/windows-startup-manager.htm
It disables any startup programs and fully controls startup by selecting the programs to be launched, while customizing the startup settings (ie how often and when programs should be launched, etc).
