Me and my boyfriend were dating for almost a year, when i split up with him just over a week ago.He kept pleading for me to change my mind and forgive him,but i asked him to leave me alone.I had felt so much resent and anger towards him,i could never imagine caring for him again.he proceeded to sleep with his ex in a bed the same night we split,'innocently' i might add,and is now inviting to her to all sorts of local events and outings.I will also add he only dated her once when we split up and left her when i gave him another chance.Last time,i told him seeing him with her made me realise how much i missed him.He isnt playing a game is he?They are both going to a gig that i am meant to be going to but am thinking about changing my mind because they will be there.should i hold my head up high and go with my friends or avoid them?

Go, show him that you've moved on but also show him what he lost out on. Make him jealous two can play that game. Have a good time. Why should you be forced to sit home alone and miss out a great time with your friends. Don't let him and her ruin it for you after all you don't want him anymore so what's the point of holding back. Have fun and enjoy yourself don't let them get the best of you and who knows you might find someone else maybe Mr. right.

Can you avoid him completely forever? If not, why not go to the event and enjoy yourself. Forget you resentment of the other girl and concentrate on the person or persons you are with. It seem like you are playing games by telling him you want him back and then breaking up again. Grow up and leave the guy alone. If he bothers you, tell him you are no longer interested. These on again, off again romances are complete juvenile.
