I've been reading a lot of the questions on Yahoo Answers and it seems like the ones in the "Family" section are the most depressing. I don't think it should be that way, so I invite people to read the source and either comment on it or say something they like about their family.

Paul K. I realize that by responding this almost becomes a conversation but your comment made me want to explain that the purpose of this is just to offer and receive something positive to read about families.

I agree that it seems like families are in a sad state today. I can't say that I grew up in a really happy home, but I am very close to my family now and have a loving relationship with them. My wife came from a very happy home and had a great childhood and Christian upbringing. I think faith& commitment are what is lacking in so many homes today. Thank you for trying to give a positive outlook to families. There is hope.

Yes, I've read it. Don't fully agree with it, or the doctrine behind it - but I've read it.

Just answering your initial question, and steering away from what feels like a conversion attempt...

I've read it, and that is the only thing I have to say.
