I trained my dog to bring me his leash.
You start out by the dog recognizing a word like "Go Outside?" When they get excited. Grab the leash and throw it on the ground and get it to pick it up similar to a ball. Say "Get the leash." eventually it will recognize the words" Outside!! Leash!! and they will realize that means to go out and do what they do.
After awhile they will be bringing you the leash every time it needs to go out.
If you havent got to train them how to retrieve things just grab a little ball and start there.

I guess right after if they make an accident in your house you should immediately take him outside to see if he also goes out there. Everytime your dog goes potty outside, congratulate him and give him a treat. That's instant motivation and attention for doing a good thing. Hopefully he'll get the point that everytime he goes outside, he gets rewarded. Sooo...then whenever he needs to go out, he'll tell you by simply either scratching the door, or sitting by it so you can take him out.

as with most animals, the OWNER must be consistant and encouraging. Take the dog out every hour, and give it long enough to sniff and pee etc. and be sure to tell the dog how good they are when they go.
continue on a regular schedule of every two hours whether you think they need to go or not. the dog will learn the door=pee etc.

Most dogs already have a technique - whining - spinning in circles while looking at you - sitting by the door - you just have to be observant and catch on to what their signal(s) is. Once you see a signal, don't ignore it! Don't tell a whining dog sitting close to the door to be quiet (my dear husband does this sometimes - love ya honey!) - go let him/her out!

Some will cry in doggie language and some dogs will even lead you to the door and let you know in their own way that they need to go potty. bettyk

My dogs just sit right in front of me staring at me until I notice them. When I ask them "Whatcha want?" their ears perk up. I cant even spell o-u-t without them getting excited. Sometimes my female even barks at me if I dont notice her.

he will hear bells if he stays on the pot,
Make the joints a bit thinner, then you can give him more,
and how's he going to ring a bell with a fag in his mouth.
