I want to disconnect a phone?

A person died. How do we disconnect the phone

Call the Phone Company they used, and INFORM them of the DEATH ... ask if they need you to forward a WRITTEN Notice (or copy of the Death Certificate) as well.

Just call the phone company. Explain the facts and request a final billing.

If you mean have the service completely discontinued, you have to contact the phone company.
