i have a girlfriend...i love her to death, just our 5ex life aint what it used to be. we have had our ups and downs, but we survived it. for the past 3 years love life has been dyin out. maybe i have the 7 year itch. i dont wanna cheat but i feel like i have to to get some satisfaction. she's satisfied and she knows how i feel about it, its just i am a man and men have needs. what should i do?

either tell her your thoughts and be honest
or really break up with her.
dont be like the other men who give women a bad name.
just do the right and morally correct thing.
Its not a excuse to just because things arent going right
if things arent going right and you want something that she may not be able to give her, tell her. Communicate, and figure out from there thats if you want to work it out.
Otherwise just break up with her and move on.

First off, cut the "I'm a man and a man has needs" crap. Everyone has needs. You just have to find ways to deal with them. You say that your love life has been dying out. Maybe you're the problem. Sit back and assess why it is dying out. Maybe sex has become too routine. If you've been together for 7 years, since you did mention the 7 yr. itch, I suggest maybe you two "start over" again. Try romancing her and going on dates...do the things you did in the beginning of your relationship... the special things that made you fall in love. Or, you could try to spice up your sex life. There are many things to do to spice it up. Find something that you both will enjoy. Sensual massages, games, role playing...etc.
