Brisk Walking is great 4 weight loss...5 miles a day is ideal. Hiking makes it seem fun. Oh, Florida...brings back alot of memories. I love road trips. Its the best driving down I-95 with a few friends in the dead of night. So peaceful driving at 2am...plus the excietment of going to florida. I always stop at South of the Border. So many fun places in Florida...everything from Disney World to South Beach/

If u want 2 no how 2 lose weight try this.........
1. Try doing some exercises every day.
2. Try going on a diet till then.( Most preferred calorie or protein diet.)
3. If that doesn't work out try talking to your doctor. Maybe he can have an answer.

Start running for an hour per day. If you're not a runner, run and walk at intervals for an hour per day.
Cut out all meat and junk food and drink lots of water. Be diligent on your dieting. You don't want to work out hard and not get all of the rewards you are due.
And whey you get here, stop by and say hello ; )

watch your portions , never go below 1200 calories, walk around your neighbor hood as exercise :)

eat diet pills, dont eat alot and just drink water, exercise, brush your teeth so if you eat anything it will taste nasty.
