Its simple to have a wesite nowadays... If you have knowledge of designing a website then it will be less expensive for you.. otherwise you should find someone who can design your wesite for you..
i'm telling you few things about your cost...
1st you will buy a DOMAIN NAME, 2nd a WEB HOSTING,
thats all... (web designer is another case)
YOu can find Hosting and Domain Plan from those who's Internet service you are using.. you ISP.. they can tell you the rate of a DOMAIN and HOSTING charges of different types of sites... you go to them OR you can buy it online through Credit card.. visit: www.domain.com, www.hosting.com, they are also giving domains and hosting sites with charging very few amount... so i'm finished here.. i have also designed my school web...its free...i no need to pay a single sent...wat u have to do is seek an IT teacher who can help u...do a research on how u r going to design ur web...tats all!
