boneless, skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
spaghetti sauce
canned diced tomatoes, drained (reserve juice)
zucchini, cut into 1/2" chunks
fresh or canned mushrooms, stems and pieces are OK, or use sliced or caps
dried basil, dried thyme, garlic powder, or whatever herbs/seasonings you like to "punch up" your sauce

spaghetti, cooked to package directions

Brown your chicken breasts in a large non-stick skillet, cook until just done, cool slightly and cut into fork-sized pieces. Return them to your pan. Add to the skillet equal parts spaghetti sauce and canned diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Add the herbs and any other seasonings you like. Add the zucchini chunks and your mushrooms to the sauce. If sauce gets too thick, add some of the reserved tomato juice. When the zucchini is cooked to your satisfaction, the sauce is done. Serve over your pasta and top with a bit of grated Parmesan, if desired. Have a bit of garlic bread and a green or garden salad on the side.

Ok, you will be so pleased if you try this AMAZING recipe:

Brown the chicken breasts (but do not cook them) in a sauce pan on high heat. Pour spaghetti sauce over to coat and simmer ALL day, or at least for 5 or 6 hours. Serve over your cooked pasta. The meat flakes apart and is sooo delicious! YUM YUM YUM! 1 breast usually serves hubby and I dinner.

Spaghetti noodles
Chicken tenders (boneless)
Cream of mushroom soup. I use 1 and1/2 cans.
your choice of veggies.. I use bell pepper, onion, and sometimes corn. you use what you like.
salt n pepper
grated cheese.. i use cheddar, but you could use whatever you would like.
Any type of seasoning you like.. I use garlic powder.
Pre-heat your oven @ about 300- 350 just enough that you can melt the cheese..

Cook you noodles and cook the chicken. I boil my chicken tenders until done because it is easier to pull it apart to put in noodles.

Once chicken is done shred it(pull it apart and cut to smaller pieces) and set aside.

Noodles should be done now.. drain them and set aside.

If you used a large pot to cook your noodles in you can mix the ingredients all in that. Add 1 can of soup and mix in, add your veggies and you may need to add a little water.(very small amount) you dont want this to be runny! If you need the next can go ahead and add it. add the chicken & seasoning and stir real good.

Pour all of this into the casserole dish and pat it kinda flat.. Add your shredded cheese ( i use alot) i like cheese! and put it in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese. I like my cheese to get a little brown.. but you do what you like.

Once the cheese is where you like it, take it out and EAT!

I hope I explained this ok..

I don't have a recipe to offer since I don't eat spaghette. I notice everyone uses the same ole' tired ground beef spaghetti, but I would eat yours just because you are using chicken.
