I know all kinds of ladies that are with their boyfriends, and all they can talk about is how horrible he is. What is with the fascination of dating someone that treats you like dirt? Then whenever a good guy comes along you women throw him aside like yesterday's trash. Do you ladies like having a man that puts you down?

i have a nice guy, but that's not what i am attracted to...i am attracted to the BAD BOY. sad but true lol!
i would NEVER be with any man that puts me down though, that and abuse is not acceptable in my book! i don't think i am fascinated with the thought of dating someone who treats me like dirt, but i know plenty females, especially on Yahoo Answers who are getting hit on and think it's ok, so i know why you are posing this question...

well what u want to know is so true. personally i tend to like the so called jerk. its because the guy like that will keep you guessing and be a mystery. they tend to look really nice and care about first impressions. the good guys are boring and perfect. it just seems like we like to try all the wrong decisions before we make the right ones. just stick in there and the right woman will come along for you.

dayumnn that is so true because i tend to that but for me its like i liek someone who is agreesive a little bit liek someone who keeps you guessing mysterious becuase no on is perect so if you have that nice boy who does thi does that he comes off as "the perfect guy" and no relationship is perfect and its boring when someone is all around nice there is no mystery mysetries keep you going i mean if you know what happens in a book before you read it more than likely your not gonna read it........but yea most jerks tend to keep that mystery but all aournd if a dud is putting me down too much he has to go its a limit to the jerk thing

Bud, its a genetic memory throw back to when we were all hunched over in caves scared of the sun. Our society links jerk with masculine. Masculine means more likely to have good genes to pass on. I know women say they love a good sense of humor or a nice smile, but that's crap. It's the dominate masculine jerk they want because nature tells them to breed with them. What they want and what they chase are totally different. Sorry, bud, can't fight your DNA

Not all women are attracted to jerks. You are just buying into your limited and limiting view of reality. You are basing your generalization on your perception that all women are like the very few women who ARE attracted to jerks.

You are missing the point...it doesn't matter why. All you need to do is start treating them the way they want, like a jerk would do. They will be happy and so will you.
