Lemon is generally not used to lighten the skin. There may be products that say they have lemon in them but most likely it is just fragrance. Lemon is however used to lighten the hair. Ask any Cosmetologist or Master Barber such as myself for questions about skin. Dermetologists are also the best way to go.

No it doesn't. It will lighten blonde hair, and give "natural" highlights, but not skin, as it isn't as porus as hair.
The only way to lighten skin is to use products prescribed, like hydroquoinine...
