You are very young for marriage in my opinion. I am not saying you aren't mature yet....but, you easily have another 10 years to fully grow and mature...to have a better idea of *who you are and what you stand for and what you truly value*. In 10 years, you will exactly what I mean. Dont desparately look for love, but don't sit back and do nothing either. Just focus on your career goals, self-improvement (actually that is always a life-long commitment) making friends, having a good social network, and giving time to your interests and hobbies, and developing new ones. You might meet someone special along the way. Remember, research has shown that the older we are when we marry, the better the chance of the marriage lasting. I have personally found the most stable and emotionally mature guys to be 30 and above.
