these vegetables would not be grown with synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Do you think indoor production of produce is acceptable? do you think the indoor grown vegetables would have the same nutrition content?

What is the difference? A plant uses certain wavelengths of light whether they are from the sun or an electric bulb. They definitely would be the same nutritionally. No one could tell the difference if not told. Plants are grown inside now. Some hygroponics are artificially lighted.

The vegetables grown hydroponically are the same to better than grown with dirt outside. We are already eating them and have been since World War 2

I would not be afraid to eat them. I probably would not buy them. Growing veggies indoors would be way more expensive than growing them on mass production outdoor farms.

I would buy and eat them. I worry more about fertilizers and pesticides.
