Better to be single than married to the wrong person. Both are good if you do them correctly.

I think it's better to be single. If your married, you have alot on your hands, you gotta pay bills for your house, you gotta deal with kids if you want kids, have them have an education. Yet, they both have their advantages, if you aren't a responsible person and you aren't sure if you are ready to get married, then your going lead yourself into a conflict. They both have their ups and downs, so really neither of those 2 possibilities is worth being better or whatnot. And even if you are single or your to wind up being married sometime in the future if you plan on being married. so yeah.. hope this helped. :)

im not married but bet it sucks being tied down.
U have tell a person everything cuz secrets are bad for relationships. But in the long run its better to be married because it sucks being single and lonely for the rest of ur life. So being married wins.

Whatever makes *you* feel happier. I have never been married, but I know it'll be an awesome feeling to have one's own family. Can you imagine how fun and fulfilling it will be. But you hv gotta make sure you select the right life-partner. Sensible. Who will make life a little easier, not tougher for you. Live by yourself for a while, and you will know what you have, what you don't have, what you want and what you don't want. If you have been in fairly good relationships, you have a fair idea what a relationship can get you. Don't get married, though, if you feel you will have a hard time committing to one person and if you are not ready for responsibilities.
I dont think there is any quick b&w answer....both states I bet have their share of joy, and challenges. Do what works for you. What makes you *personally* happy. Don't go with the world's opinion. You are the master of your life.

It's better to do both, to enjoy being single and to enjoy being married. Life is short, drink deep from the cup. Do everything and regret some of it, but live! (Try to find the right one when you get married though.)

It depends on the individual. If you like your independance, don't want children, & don't need to share your life with someone, then stay single.
If you do want to have children, & plan to buy a house with the person you want to have those children with then it would be best to be married.
Now there are some who end up shacking up with someone, become parents, purchase assets together, & end up sharing their lives with someone. Just because they didn't go through the formality of getting married they think that they are still single.
Those people are just kidding themselves.

They're both good, however I prefer being married. It is a lot of work & takes great effort but it's worth it. Don't ever get married unless you know you want to be with them for the rest of your life, divorce is not an option.

In my opinion, its not just about better.
Ask Mr. Bill Gates what does he thinks? You can live alone but as you get old and old who will gonna care about you? And whom will you say that it's mine. Nobody gonna care you during sad and tough time except your life partner and/or in some extent your childs. Most of people are not satisfied with there marriage life but still during tough time they will help each other. Its your fault that you can't or don't want to live together after spending few months or years together and ask for Divorce.
Whatever you think about it but this is the fact.
I'm bachelor and don't want to marry but the fact is one day i must.... just coz of above mentioned lines.
