Credit report - just go to any of the major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Fair Isaac), and write a hardcopy letter, mail it in, and wait for them to mail back a hardcopy report.

You get one free credit report/year.

As for the credit score, you need to pay for that. I think you should be able to order it in hardcopy, and pay by cheque or something, but no guarantees...Check out their site, or myfico.com

You can pull your credit reports (from all 3 bureaus) at the website below for FREE. If you want your scores, it will cost you, though. I pull 1 of the 3 every 4 months to check for ID theft. I never pay for the scores because I just don't care. I never borrow (stopped in 2002). Once I quit buying crap I couldn't afford, my score became irrelevant in my life. I hope you'll try it, too. :)
