This will be my second marriage. It is my fiancè's first.

My ex-wife and fiancè get along, they have no one in common. They aren't friends. All of my groomsmen from the first wedding are from out of state and didn't even know my ex-wife nor keep in touch with her. They'd be coming from out of state again.

i agree with IDriveIT one added note however,
there is nothing wrong with using the same grooms men
hopefully your new bride has some other bridesmaids to use
women can be very catty and extremely loyal so that might not work out so well but if your new bride and old bride get along you might be OK. as stated before the wedding party is made of the people closest to your heart and they should be honoured i did say should!! have a back up plane some of them might not be as happy for you as you think

The Wedding Party is a reflection of those closest to you. It is not rude. What may be difficult is, if you find they decline. Be prepared with alternatives in the event that they do. Do not be hurt by their choice. Sometimes people opt out for many reasons.

It depends on how close you are to them. If it is going to be hugely expensive, I wouldn't. I suggest eloping anyway even if it is her "first". Save the money you would spend on all the b.s. and have a great party or a wonderful honeymoon.

I would pay for the expenses of those that were in your first wedding and let them know that when you ask them.

No it is not rude, just so they are not great friends with your ex-wife. However, I would offer to pay for their tux rental this time.

I don't think so as long as the people are chose to you and not strong advocates of your ex

Yes, that's just icky. Well, only if they are brothers or sisters - then that would be okay, but ask how they feel about it.

I agree with IDrivelT and I hope you don't make it a habit. Let this be your last wedding.
