Well, that could happen with someone you love, But that is more of a sign of nervousness around that person, which probably means you like them. I don't think you love them tho, because when you are in love, you do not really get nervous when they are around you, because you would be so comfortable with them, that it wouldn't matter, Believe me, You can definitely tell when you are in love, And Don't worry, it could come sooner than you think!

Yes, it sure is. But there is a difference between being "in love" and love. "In love" can pass away. True love does not. Or that feeling could just be attraction. Like sometimes I see someone so beautiful that my heart jumps and my heart races.

Might be. ut thats probably just a crush.Usually you have to know the person to fall in love and if you know the person, you dont get stressed like that. But ofcourse it can be love

Maybe...but that could signal lust as well as love. It could also be an instinct signaling danger. Go with what your heart tells you to be true.
