I have been fighting with weight on and off again for about the last 2 yrs, I was involved in an ATV accident back in 04' so I was no longer allowed to play sports or keep active and became really depressed in which I gained about 45 lbs which is a lot for me... what i have done is probably the easiest thing ever, I cut back on fast foods and un healthy snacks, I basically combined 3 different diets.
In the morning I have some kind of special K breakfast either a serving size of cereal or a Special K granola bar, with some fruit and a glass of milk, and if I’m really hungry ill have a Dannon Light & Fit yogurt (Which is 0% fat, 0 added sugar, and its only 60 calories.
For lunch while at work ill have a Lean Cuisine TV dinner with fruit, Water, Yogurt (if I did not have one in the AM) And a special K snack either the snack bites, or a granola bar (once again depending on what I had in the AM)...
For dinner I add up the calories I have had for the day and eat basically whatever I feel like eating that does not go over 1200 calories. On a good day ill have about 1000 to 1100 calories a day, but NO MORE then 1200.
I do this from Monday thru Saturday...
Then on Sunday ( if I feel like it) i have a bad day in which I really truly do not care what I eat
With this I have a gym membership so I work out as much as i can but from the accident and my injuries I’m only able to do stuff that does not injure my back because i do have 2 herniated disc so I basically just run on the tread or walk at a fast rate for 45 minutes to an HR..
I love the diet because, well I can't cook well and its very easy and I have lost more weight then I think I did well playing basketball all thru-out high school.
So the break down is...
Check out Special K foods....
Lean Cuisine dinners...
Lot’s of water thru out the day…
Dannon Yogurts... and then just watch your calories....
I'm a 20yr old female:)
I hope this helps, and that you enjoy this as much as I did

50 pounds by May or June is impossible. You should only be losing about 2 pounds a week.
The best diet advice I can offer is to make healthy choices. Don't have a cheeseburger, have a salad. Instead of chips, have an apple. Little choices like that will make a difference in how many calories you take in. You shouldn't deny yourself food either... If you really want a cheeseburger, only eat half of one. Have the kid size ice cream cone. To lose the weight though, you should be eating healthy the majority of the time though.

Fresh morning fresh orange juice, and a good 1 hour run.
10am, a toast with jam
go do whatever you can, or if you're in the office or work.
Lunch have a sandwich tuna, shrimp, chicken, etc. brown bread.
afternoon have your apple, or orange
evening have a soup type of dinners so you can go clear your body, drink mint tea for good digestion and sleep.
do this for 2 weeks, and get back to me.
My office is

Dragva Viva

After two weeks, I will give you another idea if you ask. You cannot diet the same all the time, the body cries and you may not manage it same way for couple of months. Since i cannot run on my own business on the moon, since you are still on the earth and humans are having this trouble of 'loose weight' - i suggest you try as much excersise as you can, to let your body work work, sweat and say goodbye to the fat bits.
You'll be happy after a while.
good luck

First of all you do not need a diet. You have to make some life style changes.
*Usually when I get off track I do strick Atkins for 4 days, no more than 20 grams of carbs a day. After that I am usually back in the state of mind that I need to be in to eat right
* Add a daily walk to your routine. Have a dog or child go with you to make it more of an ordeal, if you have someone or something else going with you, you are more "obligated" to go
* Eat more meals per day ( 4-6)
* Each meal should be smaller and healither ( instead of having "meals" just think of eating healthy snacks all day.
* Eat within an hour of waking
* Do not eat within 2 hours of going to bed
* Have someone do it with you, you can use each other as Pick-Me-Ups for when you need it.
* Cut out beverages as much as you can. If you change all of your beverages to water you will dramatically cut your calorie intake and you body will have better resources to work off of.
All of these steps will not only help you lose weight but they are great lifestyle changes.
Best of luck, I hope that these steps will have you well on your way to the store on a shopping excursion to buy new "skinny" pants.

I would keep a food diary and record what you eat and tally your daily caloric intake. after all, the only way you will lose weight is less calories in, more calories lost. i found that it's good to have a mixture of carbs and protein for breakfast...that way, you'll have enough energy through the morning and not be starving by the time lunch arrives. for breakfast, I usually have a slice of wheat toast and some fat-free cottage cheese. For lunch, I usually have some kind of sandwich on wheat bread or a salad with chicken. And for dinner, I'm a little more liberal, depending on what is available...veggie burger or 1 soft taco with chicken (no cheese or sour cream or anything), or heck even a slice of pizza. It's not a good idea to put too many restrictions on your diet, otherwise, you might end up binging later on.

The best dieting, known to really work, is the six mini-meals per day. Keep in mind that just eliminating fried foods, fast foods, soda, mayonnaise and junk foods--along with your exercise--will do a great deal.
Example:
Breakfast - healthy cereal with 1% milk
Mid-morning - piece of fruit
Lunch - 1/2 can of tuna spread on crackers
Mid-afternoon - carrot sticks and celery sticks
Dinner - Broiled fish, or portion size turkey or chicken breast with two vegetables
Eve/Nite - Non-fat yogurt, or cheese
You should take at least a multi-vitamin each day.
The reason six mini meals works is that your stomach gets accustomed to eating less per meal - gets used to eating healthier foods - and yet, you are never starving.
Good luck :)

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

Diets seldom work & often the dieter ends up losing some weight & then gaining it all back plus more. You need a lifestyle change that you can live with & make permanent. Your right to include exercising as it’s necessary & a very important part of a healthy strategy.
Good Luck,

My little secret to take the weight off and it worked, that is good you are exercising
eat alot of fruits, vegetables drink alot of water and you may drink diet sodas once and awhile but you can drink alot of juice too, eat alot of soups and a half of sandwich preferred tuna sandwich seafood will help take off the weight. my secret one time a week or even two times a week if I am really desperate I went and ate Vietnamese Pho Soups and fresh Shrimp Salad Rolls and you will notice results and start feeling good. If there is a Vietnamese Restaurant in your area go for it. But remember once you committed yourself to this diet stick with it you have to be serious and make it your goal

Don't put so much pressure on yourself. Losing that much weight in that time period is not healthy. Pace yourself and I suggest getting the book "you on a diet" by doctor oz who has been featured on oprah. I followed several of his ideas (not all) and lost 12 pounds in about two months without being hungry. I am going back to it myself to lose some more.
