i am 16 and i am 5 ft 7 in i am not really that muscular do you think i am too skinny
i guess i dont really eat that much but i dont think i am anorexic my friend said i was cuz i only eat like 1 bite of toast for breakfast? am i?
is 2 mile run too much excercise?

13.5 bmi is considered underweight. However for some people it is different. If you feel healthey and have lots of energy, I think you are okay. But i am not a doctor so maybe to be sure just consult your doc. As far as the 2 mile run, u should be fine, excercise is healthy.

At 16 you are still growing and may well continue for another 3 years, however one bite of toast for breakfast isn't enough. What does your Mum say? A healthy BMI is 18 and above so you really need some meat on your bones! I run 20 -25 miles a week but have a diet that supports that amount of excercse which is the key here ( I eat lots of pasta, cereal, fruit veg etc). If you aren't feeding your body anything any amount of excercise is too much. Your body needs fuel to perform! Visit this site (Eating Disorders) for further help www.edauk.com

AH! Girl! Thats WAY TOO skinny! Eat healthier, more if you exercise, but you should eat more anyway! Its very unhealthy to be that weight, very bad side affects can occur.
