Logically, I know that I won't balloon up or out and I got back on my schedule today (1 hour work out), but is a 4 day break bad some how? I didn't go on a calorie binge during the break, but I felt off. And I don't know if it's just mental or because of the days away from the gym.

I'm in great shape, but I was just curious to know if 4 days away from the gym is TOO long.

You will always feel "off" when you stop regular excercise, however, they tested bodybuilders and found that it takes at least 2 weeks for your body to start losing muscle after you stop working out regularly.
Abreak is not bad, it is during these breaks that your muscles form and repair. 4 days is not bad..you feel low because your body isn't getting the daily dose of endorphines it is accustomed to from your regular workouts.
NOW...STOP slacking and GO WORKOUT!!!!

I have had the same problem before, when i used to work out 6 days a week (I would have gone 7, but the gym was closed on suandays) I would always feel ill on the day that i had to miss, its wierd, i know. But once my week would start up again I would be back to feeling great and energized again. Hopefully the same thing works for you.
