Well yes it is if she is interested in someone else and maybe it is not you at all maybe she just like bad boys instead of nice guys. some girls are just like that. find someone who is worth of your love because right now you are just chasing a dream. God bless

well maybe your comming on too strong and scaring her, just wait keep saying nice things but not like constantly then maybe a week or 2 later instant message her or call her or even go up to her in school and ask her out to a movie or something or invite her over your house with a bunch of people. then after going out with her im her and be like i had such a great time, i wanted to let you know i really like you .. would you go out with me.. haha baboom .. just tell her, girls hate it when guys like them and have there friends ask you if you would say yes or no to go out with them because that makes you look chicken and immature

Yes its time to give up. Some people are not compatible as BF and GF. She has told you what she feels. Just trying being her friend. Sometimes when friendships grow they become more. Just don't stop looking for someone who might find you BF material. Good Luck

It also could be because you didn't ask her yourself. Now that you've shown her you can't do your own talking, yes, I would give up.
