Okay So lately I have been Unusually mean to my boyfriend. Of course we get a long a lot of the time its just been the past two weeks. Things have been very stressful for me and I feel myself snapping at him and being angry. I do not want to lose him and I am vowing now to be nicer to everyone, including him

Any suggestions to why this happened?

Any suggestions on how to make this up to him?

Every one has a rough patch...sit down and talk to him. See how he feels about what has been going on. Let him know that this is a stressful time and discuss ways that are healthy outlets for stress.

There are some times where you just need to be alone. This does not mean you are not in love with your boyfriend or it is that "time of the month", it just means that stress+headaches= I really need to be alone. Now, I know you said nothing about headaches, but, when you are stressing about work and family life, trust me, you end up with that throbbing pain because you got so much on your mind. Work and family can do this to you. Either one or the other or both. It happens. Just tell him that when you are stressing, you need to be alone to get your thoughts in order. If you want to tell him, then do so, maybe that will help you become less stressed.
As for making it up to him for snapping like that, cook him a nice dinner or something. Or, take him out to dinner-your treat. Let him know that when this happens, he should try to understand.

How it happened??

Stress is probably causing you to be a little short tempered. If you have alot going on, then tht explains it. Could you be pregnant?

Make it up to him by making him dinner, or taking him out to eat somewhere he'd like. Or maybe a movie or an unexpected gift. I don't know how much time you two spend together, but sometimes spending a little less time will make you miss him, and not be so mean when you do see him. Good luck!

Maybe you just need to spend some time away from each other. Sometimes spending too much time with someone can be a bad thing.
Also try doing something for you. Something that will make you happy. Walk in the park, go on an adventure. Just you.

Stress will do that to you!

Take a break for a bit, nothing long, just a week or so, and get all your "ducks in a row" and you'll have more time and patience for everyone.

You're easily irritated! Like me. It could mean that you're either depressed or suffering from PMS. Just do things that makes you happy it will take your mind off whats upsetting you. You could take him to a picnic... or cook a candlelit dinner/takeouts and rent a movie and dessert afterwards (if you know what I mean).

If you start acting normal quick enough he'll just assume it was that time of the month so you'll get off for free.
