im not worried about loosing vitamins or minerals because i know i get enough of those, but what about fiber? if i put vegetables in the microwave or cook them on the stove will they lose fiber?

I guess all that can be lost in the microwave is water... everything else stays the same... When cooking, the same thing is truth, just that because how the process takes place, there are more chemical reactions and some changes characteristics.... and then of course, this all can be a lot of bs...

No. There is no difference in the amount lost between using the microwave and other methods. In either case the amount of fiber lost is very low, you lose far more fiber by peeling vegetables than you lose by cooking.

Anything raw has more fiber than the same thing after it's cooked.

Fiber can not be destroyed if it is already in the food....Have you seen Kimberly and Mr. Drummond?

if you want to check if you have enough fiber, you have to see if your **** floats, then you have enough
