They are certainly more tired. That would make me more cranky.

I have a rare blood disease unique for my ethnic stock which
resembles anemia. I've killed so maybe I'm crazy but since it was what I was paid for you shouldn't think of me as cranky. A good thing about this is my utter lack of apology afterward.
With cranky people the apology you received gets tiresome.

Anemia is lack of red blood cells and it causes weakness, paleness and tiredness. To these 3 we add cranky - okay!
Seeing there is life in the blood and the blood is tired, it will probably get cranky.

Yes, it is true, becuase those with anemia don't get enough oxygen in ther blood cells. Anemia cells tend to have less hemoglobin...which absorbs oxygen. So hope that answers ur question

if they are tired all the time they may be cranky....I don't know though
