sorry guys, but why is that in any other section than the R&S no one answers?
i was asking about the Women's international day or the International Women's day
have u heared of it?

Never heard of it. I myself however, have answered many questions that are NOT in the R&S section. Perhaps you just need to try again. Good luck!

lol, most people don't feel they need any particular knowledge to answer questions in this section, and for the most part they're right! They just spout off whatever they believe with out any research or knowledge.
