Cause it seems like there are always tons of people there and I have to wait in line forever. Does anyone know when its dead there or what the least busy time seems to be?

Man, if you can by any possible means or method get it done online, that would be the ticket, I can't deal with the dmv in person and DREAD having to go there in person, but there is one idea...

I can speak from experience.
There is none. I've tried every different time there is and the damn place is always crowded.
Sorry you just have to tough it out like the rest of the sheep.
I always try to mail all my things in so I don't have to be there.
The last time I was there 8 months ago it literally took me 6 fricken hours.

7 pm to 5 am. Can you transact your business at a government services kiosk? I'm guessing that these are available in other jurisdictions than Ontario.
