do that thing where you reach in back of you and put your arms on a steady surface that's only 2 feet or so off the ground. then slowly lower yourself, putting some weight on your legs, but most on your arms.

The most ancient of martial arts is Qi Gong. There are many exercises (which are very gentle) in Qi Gong to help tone the arms. Find yourself a good instructor and go for it
