I forgot my slider at home and i want to know how many points I've consumed thus far. Thanks.

Thanks, I looked at my slider and it was 2 points, so for a campbells soup that i ate, it doubled it and it turned out to be 4 points. You were right on the ball.

You know we are not supposed to say. But here are some general guidlines I use if I'm guessing and it gets me close.

Figure 1 point per 50 calories and round up (so 140=3) Add one point for every 5 grams of fat (so you are still at 3) and subtract 1 if it is 3 or 4 grams of fiber. (so you are at 2)

It is not always accurate but it can get you a guess until you can get to your slider. Good luck.
