Go to a gym, Find a personal trainer or consultant usually employed by a gym. Increase your weight training, slowly. Eat plenty of protein and increase carbohydrates such as WHOLE WHEAT pastas, beans, and for ever leave refined sugars and flour in the past.

For muscle mass you're going to have to eat more protein, less carbohydrates and lift weights. If you're not using specially designed protein powders (most taste nasty)...stick to lean protein (such as fish, some beans, and chicken - skinless) beware of mollusks they are high in cholesterol.
