Naw, not a freak but definitely very educated. Looks like baby sister has parents who work with her. No doubt she's above the majority on some of the things you've listed but for some she's just average.
<>she knew her ABC's by 10 months, in two languages
****seems really advanced since most babies don't say much at 10 months****
<>she was walking at 1 year and a half
****my son started when he was 10 months old - this is a development that varies from child to child****
All of the other accomplishments you've listed are just that! Great accomplishments that derived from her families hard work. Good job!

I'd say she's pretty freakin' smart. I dont think she's "abnormal", but exceptionally smart. All kids develop at different speeds. Although... I'd be concerned she is being pushed to learn too much too fast, and doesnt have enough time to develop at her own speed. Keep in mind, if you work with a child long enough, they can repeat anything. Understanding is a whole different story.
By the way, most kids walk between 9 and 16 months. So 1 1/2 is on the later side for walking.

If your parents told you that you were the same way, then your sister is going to become stupid, cause you can't even spell. Plus most the stuff your saying is probably made up, and others is about average, and well shes no baby Enstein for walking at a year and a half, my nephew was walking at 10 months. So don't be so full of yourself, shes just a normal child.

Proof that kids are sponges! They have always said kids learn foreign languages better the younger they are! I agree that the lag in walking was due to all the rest! She was too busy LOL!

Alot of that is pretty smart
I am not surprised she lagged in the walking department. Late walkers tend to work on their speaking, problem solving skills and usually are more advanced in those areas than children who walked sooner. Not too say anything about babies who walk sooner but late walkers compensate by talking sooner

I really get a kick out of "baby Einsteins"
Albert Einstein had delayed speach development, and had difficulties until he was nine

Wow, you have gotta be kidding me! WOW i agree with the first comment, if all the things you said are true, then she is gifted hands down. But you have to keep her entertained so she wont just waste all of the stuff...the brain is what i meant.
