I prefer Ragu ... because it makes a better "base" when it comes to adding other ingredients like Italian sausage or herbs like oregano or basil. Any flavor will do, but I really like their "Chunky" style Tomato Basil & Italian Cheese.
I don't care for Prego because it's more of a sweeter sauce. But, if I'm feeing especially lazy, Ragu makes a "Rich and Meaty" variety that is great for dunking breadsticks or fried mozzarella.
I have a friend that makes an *amazing* homemade sauce from a family recipe that uses ground lamb. But ... that's another topic all together ...

Francesco Rinaldi's. Some of the others like Ragu or Prego can get too thick while ones like Barilla can be a little thin or tasteless. Suprisingly, Francesco Rinaldi's is inexpensive yet tastes good with or without dressing it up (meat, mushrooms, etc..).
Also, Rao's is very good but costs about $10/jar.

Ragu makes the best cheese sauces; I don't like tomato sauce so can't vote on that one.

Ragu original. Because it tastes just like my mom's homemade sauce that I can never quite make the same myself. (Maybe she's been using Ragu all these years!!! (lol)

Classico roasted garlic alfredo. The extra garlic gives it that extra kick.
