It depends on how fast you're going. My friend and I were going 90 mph in my Ferrari, and we didn't have seatbelts, got pulled over, and the points that were taken because we didn't have seatbelts was 2.

i dont think that it counts as a point u just have to pay the fine... but i dont know how it is in all states...
