Her belly will get round and her boobs will start to swell getting ready for milk.

A pregnant cat refuses to do any of her active, dangerous actions she used to do, mostly she sits, lays down and interestingly my cat sighed a lot. she will not let you touch her tummy and may even give you a warning bite (not a hurtful one). As her pregnancy develops she will (because of the weight I think) stop jumping on sofas and down from somewhere and she will climb up or down carefully :) needless to say her tummy shows after a while..

Only way I know of telling is if her belly is starting to look really round, that & if she is beginning to hide more often in small places. That is because she finding a nesting place for her young
