One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with Drink.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints.
Other times there were one set of footprints.
This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life
When I was suffering from anguish, sorrow, or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.
So I said to Drink, "You promised me, Drink,
That if I followed you, you would walk with me always.
But I noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
There have only been one set of prints in the sand.
Why, When I have needed you most, you have not been there for me?"
Drink replied,
"The times when you have seen only one set of footprints
Is when I carried you."

Actually, the bible is being proven more historically correct every year. Archaeologists even think they know where Sodom and Gammorah were. While this doesn't necessarily prove that God exists, it's strong evidence in favor of the Bible.

Okay I'm religious and don't drink, but I learned in Microbiology that drinking water has like ALL KINDS of bacteria in it (including E. coli, and fecal bacteria) but alcoholic beverages don't have the bacteria in them. Kind of scary to drink water, so maybe we should drink alcohol...

If you believe there's no way to know if there's a god, then you can't know for certain there isn't one.
