Now this is more original, I can hear his heart beating from here
Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch process
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped into 1/4-inch chunks
1/2 cup chunky or smooth all-natural peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325F. Line several baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour with the cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsweetened chocolate with the butter over low heat. Scrape the melted chocolate into a medium bowl and let cool. Stir in the granulated sugar and vanilla until blended, then mix in the eggs. Stir in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms, then fold in the milk chocolate.
Roll slightly rounded teaspoons of the dough into 3/4-inch balls. Arrange the balls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets and flatten them slightly. Bake the cookies for about 13 minutes, or until firm outside but still soft in the center; rotate the baking sheets halfway through. Slide the parchment paper with the cookies onto wire racks to cool.
In a small bowl, blend the peanut butter with the confectioners' sugar. Spread the flat side of half the cookies with the peanut butter filling, top with the remaining cookies and serve.
MAKE AHEAD The cookies can be prepared through Step 3 and stored, layered between sheets of wax paper in an airtight container, for up to 1 week.

Well, I`m not so sure that Peanut Butter cookies will get his heart back. It`s not about spoiling him with delicious treats & deserts for him to have interest in you again. But then again, Maybe he`s the kind of guy that does prefer delicious treats for him to give his heart back to you. Remember: there are alot of other guys in the world besides him. & If you get his heart back with your cookies, then maybe he just isn`t right for you. He could be using you for your pleasing skills (baking/cooking/treating him like a king). Well do what you like, and I give my best wishes to you to either find the right guy or getting his heart back :)

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 roll refrigerator peanut butter cookies
36 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups
Cut cookie dough into 9 slices and then each slice into fourths, or divide dough into 36 balls. Roll each section into a ball and place in small paper muffin cups in miniature muffin pan.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly brown. As soon as baked, place 1 Reese's peanut butter cup in each cookie. Let cool completely before removing from pan. DELICIOUS!!
Here's a tip: unwrap each Reese's peanut butter cup before baking cookies so that they can be placed in each cookie as soon as they are baked.
I think i'ts quite original, and I love peanut butter and chocolate, so it's a perfect mix! Chocolate supposedly gives people a feeling of being "in love," so maybe it'll help. Good luck! :D

Go to the store, buy tollhouse cookies, come home, mix it in a bowl with a cup or two or peanut butter. Follow the directions on the package, but use a fork and make a '#' in the cookies! Or you can even personalize it and use the fork to write in his name in the cookies.
