Not anorexic but very close. To maintain a healthy and slim body it takes A LOT more food and toning exercise.

No, but it's definitely not healthy. Quit the soda or at least cut down and replace it with a fruit juice (cut down on the sodium because too much can cause high blood pressure) and try to at least eat some fruit and vegetables. That kind of "diet" is NOT heart healthy. Plus you run, wow. Keep the granola and water in your diet. Hamburger is okay too but you need to add some other meats and healthy foods to your diet.
The recommendations for a healthy diet suggest 15 to 20 percent proteins, 30 percent fat and 50 to 55 percent carbohydrates. But all carbohydrates aren't created alike. There are simple and complex carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates include sugar, honey, jam, and any food such as sweets and soft drinks that get most of its calories from sugar. Nutritionists recommend that these simple carbohydrates make up only 10 percent of your diet. It's complex carbohydrates you should concentrate on--the starch in plant foods--which include fruits, vegetables, bread, pasta, and legumes.
As a runner, you should know that good nutrition is so important. Runners need to eat more of the proper foods to fuel their muscles.
Take care!

If not anorexic, damn near. Your caloric intake is not sufficient to maintain health. It's one thing to restrict calories to lose weight, it's another to eat too little of anything to nourish your body.
#1 Diet soda is VERY bad for you!! VERY. There have been studies that show neurological damage similar to MS from diet sodas.
#2 I don't see any fresh fruits and vegetables on your "diet". Everry single thing you're eating is non-nutritious. High in fat & salt, with few nutrients.
#3 It's not about weight, it's about HEALTH. There is a difference, you know. Eat well-balanced meals in moderation, drink plenty of water, and exercise. Period.

Not anorexic, but borderline.
You need to eat a bigger lunch or dinner, one of the meals needs to have some substance to it, water is really good, but it isn't food. Eventually that will start to catch up with you on your 2 mile runs. Remember, food is fuel, you wouldn't drive long distances on fumes in your car, and unlike your car, your body starts drawing energy from your body, like a cannibal, if there isn't stored energy.
Just try to eat a bigger meal, breakfast, lunch, OR dinner, at least one of those.

That is a VERY UNHEALTHY diet. There isn't enough calories in that diet. If you want to lose weight exercise and cut back on junk food.

That's not healthy! I'm not an expert on a balanced diet, but I'm sure there are websites out there that can recommend a healthy diet and workout regimen.

You're headed in that direction. You sound more bulimic. The bottom line: all eating disorders are the same. If you don't get help soon you could have a heart attack, if you're lucky. Slow starvation is slow and painful.

You are eating a very small amount and Im guessing you are having diet soda with every meal to make you less hungry.
I suggest you rethink your plan.
