How do I make my hair grow faster?

I have taken vitamins but it still grows really slow! Os there anything else I can do?

Well I can suggest prenatal vitamins they make your hair and nails grow like crazy. Also Mane and Tail Shampoo is good to use. My doctor recommended Nioxin shampoo and Scalp therapy. You can find it at Beauty supplies.

U cant make your hair grow faster as the average growth of your hair a month is approx. bw 1-2 cm and is solely based on your genetic inheritance. The only 2 solutions i can offer is to either cut it and treat it, because when your hair is healthy it wont keep splitting as splitting at the ends makes it appear shorter and thiner. Dont wash your hair too often either as it stripps off its natural oil which help to moisturise your hair therefore keeping it shiny and healthy.If your hair is badly damaged i d also recommend the use of a realy good treatment. The best one on the market, that wont cost u an arm and a leg, is Karastase Loreal. Also foods rich in calcium, protein and vitamin B should help. You cant make your hair grow faster but if you improve its health condition so that you can prevent it from splitting up.

I used Mane n' Tail about four months ago for a month. My hair hasn't stopped growing since. It grew about five inches in four months. It's a good shampoo to use and you can buy it at Walgreens or Wal-Mart.
