No.
You can *believe* you're an expert in biology -- but you won't be one. It'll be just another invalid belief based on nothing real, like the rest of christianity. Like, they *believe* they'll go to heaven, but they won't -- there's no such place.
Once you start believing in things for which there is no evidence of any kind, your mind can start to make up all sorts of wild things that you think are true but that really aren't. Religion is a terrible waste of a human brain...
Peace.

you are obviously fishing for a reaction here
if you are a biology major and have the credentials, why not.
Self appointed is really only in your own head.
The belief in something unseen is faith - the study of the related subjects attending your faith can lead to both faith based conclusions AND concrete conclusions.
Any person (scientist or not) who believes in evolution has no choice but to acknowledge evolution as a faith based theory. It doesn't matter how long and loud they crow - there aren't any evidences that aren't manufactured, that prove it conclusively. They have degrees in the sciences, but so do many Christians.
There are thousands of Christian scientists who are doing just as much valid research as secular Scientists on the origin of the universe and man etc. Their research is simply not posted in the liberal Evolutionary Science journals that saturate the market.
For example, There has still not been any answer from the evolutionary community to the perplexing question of how in the world the T-rex bone and blood samples that have been recovered are progressing....except to hum and haw and cover it up. The can try to discredit it - but there it is, and they can't explain it with their theory.

YES!!! Totally!!! Being a Christian means that you have accepted Jesus Christ into your life! But, after you accept Him, you WILL need to show that you have. The way you do that is have a Christian personality. To find out how a Christian would act, read the BIBLE.

If there is any creature it means some one is creator of that. So Jesus Christ himself is a creature of creator but he brought message from Almighty God, and now a days original message of Almighty God (Gospel of Jesus Christ) is not available in its original form. The answer of your question is Jesus christ will not save you, but almighty God can and he can make you expert in biology by his guidance and grace. So, keep faith and beleive in only one God (True Almighty God - creator of whole universe including Jesus Christ too) and worship only true almighty God not any human being or Idol.

Not with out studying a lot of biology. Otherwise your lack of knowledge will over play your claim.

Nope, but if you become an atheist, you can become a self-appointed expert in theology. It's sort of a 2-for-1 deal for a limited time only.
