Inserting a Frequently Used Hyerlink in Outlook?

Example: I frequently need to send the same link, is there some easy way to do this?

You want a script or shortcut to always insert the same information. One easy mechanism might be to use an Outlook "signature" that contains the link. Start an email in Outlook, go to Insert -> Signature -> More. This will open a dialog to create a new signature.

Then, when you want to insert the signature, do Insert -> Signature -> [select the signature]

Another option I use is ActiveWords, which is a very flexible software package that lets you do word substitutions (and many other powerful things) with a few keystrokes. It might be overkill for this one application.
