Hi it does sound like you are eating plenty enought to put on weight, but really its mostly healthy food you eat. Which could be why your not putting on much weight. I understand you dont want to eat unhealthy fried food, have you checked your portion sizes maybe give your self a little bit more at meal times. Have you tried adding cheese in your diet as even though its is good for you its high in fat, have cheese on toast or something for you supper. Other than eating burgers and pizza everyday I cant think of anything else. You sound likely to have a very high motabalism. I wish I could eat all that and stay slim.
You could also try the crunch corners in stead of the fruit corners also peanuts are high in fat.

I think you should go and see someone else about your weight as you shouldnt be losing weight even if your doctor has checked you thyroid and other things, something isnt right when the body is loosing weight when your not trying to and your trying to put it on. Id go and get a second opinion as the doctor might have missed something.

Looks like you most likely will not lose weight with that type of a diet.
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

How on earth can you eat all this in one day! There is an awful lot of sugar in your diet. Try cutting out the chocolate and substitute it with fruit, its a lot healthier. What you eat for breakfast would keep me going til dinner! Are you a very active person who maybe just burns off the calories quickly? Good Luck trying to gain some weight.

I think you're eating more than enough. Have your doctor check to see if you have a thyroid problem or something.

I'm trying to lose weight (unsuccessfully, mind you) and eat less than 1/3 of what you do in a day! I can't even IMAGINE eating so much!

You are relying on too many carbs, fatty dairy, and processed and sugary foods. Eat a healthier diet with more fresh fruits and vegetables. Increase your protein; eat chicken or fish a few times per week.fish

Drink Ensure to supplement your diet plan. It gives you additional calories.

nothing wrong with the eatin it's the AMOUNTS OF EATING THAT YOU ARE DOING , IF YOU EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY THAT'S ALL FINE AND OR GOOD. IF YOU ARE JUST TO BE EATING FOR BOREDDOM OR SOMETHING ELSE DEPRESSION OR SOMETHING THEN THAT'S NOT GOOD GO SEE YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR ANDTALK ABOUT THESE FEELING THEY WILL EVALUATE < CHECK YA OUT MAYBE AND OR HOPEFULLY THROUGHLY TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON IN YOUR TUMMY< STOMACH. EATIN A BED TIME SNACK ISN'T BED BUT EATIN LOTS AND LOTS OF FOOD REALLY LATE AT NIGHT ISN'T GOOD I DON'T THINK.

your eating a lot of fibre and starch
this will speed up your digestive system, so none of the carbohydrates will stay in your system.
eat less fibre, some protein or you'll be ill
take vitamin supplements.
milkshakes help as well and you can carry them around anywhere

Seems like a lot to me, but we dont know how much exercise you do or how good your metabolism is?

I dont know the reason you want to put on weight, but i do know that eating a lot of white bread will cause you to put on lots of weight pretty quickly :)
