It's cheap and nasty, and if you're dark-haired like your avatar a semi-permanent rinse will either a) not do much or b) leave you with a nasty, nasty orangish color that you'll pay much more than 99 cents to fix!

It Depends On The Color Of Your Hair, And What You Want The Color To Do. And How Damaged Is Your Hair Right Now? As Long As Its A Major Brand-Name (L'Oreal,Clairol,Etc.) It Should Be Fine, It's Probably There Because It's "Overstock" Or from A "Damaged" Shippment, (A Few Crushed Boxes, Package Misprinted) Or Bought From A Store That "Went Out Of Business" Or (Most Likely) A "Discontinued" Brand Or Shade.

I used the black semi permanent hair rinse from the 99 cent store and the color didnt really take & what did take lasted only about 1 week. I also had a headache. It was really not a good quality. I wouldnt recommend using it.

Check expiration date and make sure bottles are safely sealed. I bought some at unclaimed freight store. My usu all Loreal Preference and what was suppose to be a med audburn came out Purple. I can see Purple on a Renascence Chick but I was 50. Not to cool in my old age.

Usually they sell products that are not expired but phased out by the manufacturer. The expiry date should be on the package or bottle.
If it is from a reputable company, such as L'Oreal or Fancy Full and the expiry date is ok, then the product is safe to use. If it is from a company whose name you do not recognize, no I would not use it.

I would not trust a 99 cent store with my hair. Half the time they sell expired products. Just to be safe I would not use it.

No. You can always go to a beauty supply store and purchace it there, you may need a hairdresser card so if you know a hair dresser have them purchace it. You can get hair supplies there they would be salon quality stuff at a discount.
Or just go to the drug store purchace it there look at all the products one of them is bound to be on sale.

If you aren't lighter than that blond it won't do anything anyway. Semi permanent will not lift your color. You have to use permanent color to lift. Semi permanent color will stain your hair if it is overly porous. But judging by your pic you are dark haired.....won't do anything to it.

if you have blonde hair it will naturally get bleached by the sun in the summer. There has been this guy in my class who also had golden blonde hair that was a medium brown near the bottom part. When he came back to university after summer vacation, it was almost platinum blonde!
