If you absolutely have to eat fast food stay away from anything fried.Go to Subway.Choose from their "8 grams of fat or less" menu. And load the sub up with veggies.Drink water or diet soda with your sammich, and get the "Baked Lays" chips.
Don't eat too much at one time.Get the 6 inch subs.If you eat 6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 big meals you'll do better.
You can work out all you want, but if you're not eating right you'll never get where you want to be.

I would think it worked, however I wouldn't eat one for EVERY meal, drink water or flavored water with it and you should be good.
Something you should stay away from-- the breakfast's they have, they're too high in fat. Start out your day with Cheerio's, they're high in fiber which boosts your mitabolism making it easier to burn calories.
